KeyResponsibilities:

Proven experience in deployingand managing Microsoft Intune in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Strong expertise in endpointmanagement, MDM/MAM, and device compliance using Intune.

In-depth knowledge of AzureActive Directory (Entra ID), Conditional Access, and identity managementprinciples.

Experience supporting majorIntune projects or migrations,

Familiarity with automation andscripting (e.g., PowerShell, Graph API) to streamline Intune operations.

Strong understanding ofinformation protection, data security, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent troubleshooting andproblem-solving skills, particularly in complex, multi-region environments.

Ability to communicateeffectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fosteringcollaboration and knowledge sharing.

High levels of self-organisation, reliability,and adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven setting. \u200b

Strong communication skills.

Requirements

Assist in the deployment,configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune services as part of ProjectNimbus and the Intune re-launch.

Work collaboratively with theModern Workplace team and external delivery partners to ensure Intune solutionsmeet business needs.

Support the development andmaintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management(MAM) policies using Microsoft Intune.

Provide second-line support forIntune-related issues, including device enrolment, compliance, and applicationdeployment.

Help monitor and report onIntune service performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate documentationrelated to Intune configurations and procedures.

Participate in incidentresponse activities and contribute to resolution efforts

Stay informed about updates andbest practices in Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

Support other areas of M365 asrequired
