Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Executive to drive growth of our Intrusion Alarm & Security System business through a strong partner network. The role involves developing and managing channel partners (distributor and system integrators), driving sales targets, building long-term relationships, and ensuring effective go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management Identify, on-board, and manage new channel partners (distributor, SI partners). Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in Channel Sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred), ideally in Electronic Security / Intrusion Alarm / Home Automation . Strong relationship management and partner development skills. Good understanding of security system products & solutions (Intrusion, Fire, Home Automation). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Electronics / IT / Business (preferred MBA in Sales & Marketing). 2-3 years of Channel/Distribution Sales experience.
