Job Purpose:

1. Data Consolidation, Structured reporting & data analytics
2. Management, Automation of Reporting & Business Processes
3. Develop, Implement business hygiene factors & alerts on deviation from accepted practices

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reporting on Business P&L, Working Capitals, Budget Variance Analysis & Monthly business performance reviews
2. Coordination with IMETA SESA counterparts for data information exchange and respective analytics.
3. Supporting in excel projects on deal evaluations.
4. Ensure that Global Rebates programs are timely lodged and securing payouts from the Vendors for the various Sell-In, Sellout, Marketing and other programs run by vendor
5. Active engagement and follow-up with the regional teams / Vendors to ensure that all our claims are fully paid in good time and Credits duly reconciled in the Vendor Receivable statement of Accounts. Secure Vendor Receivable balance confirmations on periodic basis.
6. For Global rebates, ascertain on the basis and values of Rebates to be accounted between the books of Parent and subsidiaries.
7. To address the queries of business teams with regard to any debits, charges, provisions impacting their business margins.
8. To support in vendor audits
