• Interpret spoken communication between Bengali/Nepali/French and English in real time.
• B2 Certification in French is required.
• Handled inbound/outbound calls, chats or emails where bilingual support needed.
• Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity and tone during interpretation.
• Collaborate with support team to resolve customer queries effectively.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in at least two languages (source and target languages).

2. Interpretation certification or relevant experience.

3. Excellent communication and listening skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
