Internship

Meridian International is offering a 3-month internship program for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to build a career in International Recruitment & HR. This internship provides practical exposure to overseas recruitment processes, candidate management, and client interaction. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment after program completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for overseas job opportunities.
• Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and assessments.
• Learn and assist with visa, work permit, and documentation processes.
• Communicate with candidates to guide them through the application process.
• Prepare and manage job postings, advertisements, and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
