Tour Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Tour Operator (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, organize, and coordinate tours for individuals and groups, ensuring an exceptional travel experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop tour packages, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages and destinations.
• Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation for clients.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the tour, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new destinations and travel trends.
• Promote and sell tour packages through various marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in travel operations/tour coordination
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international tour packages, destinations, and itineraries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and travel booking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
