Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding tour packages and travel services.
Explain package details, prices, and itinerary information clearly and convincingly.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and maintain follow-up calls.
Update customer details and booking records in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Support the sales and marketing team with lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi or Tamil is an advantage).
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Experience in telecalling, travel, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
