IT SALES INTERNSHIP

Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship, Rs. 10,000/M

> About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Sales Intern to join our growing sales team at iAssureIT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with international clients, support the end-to-end B2B IT sales cycle, and contribute directly to business growth.

You will be at the forefront of client engagement, crafting impactful sales materials, managing CRM updates, and ensuring seamless sales operations — right from lead generation to contract closure.

If you are an MBA (Sales/Marketing), BBA , BCA *(or Equivalent) with an IT/Computer background, have EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS (spoken & written), and are passionate about building relationships, this internship is the launchpad to your career in IT Sales.

> Key Responsibilities

  • Connect and engage with new leads generated every month.
  • Schedule client meetings, manage follow-ups, and maintain professional communication.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations aligned with client needs.
  • Gather and document detailed client requirements accurately.
  • Draft, format, and refine proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update CRM with precise and timely data.
  • Track follow-ups, nurture leads, and support pipeline management.
  • Assist with competitor analysis, research, and market insights.
  • Ensure all Word, Excel, and PowerPoint sales documents are professional and client-ready.
  • Collaborate with senior management to standardize sales processes.

> Required Skills & Qualifications

  • *MANDATORY : Excellent English communication skills (both spoken & written).
  • Strong confidence in client conversations — polite, professional, and clear.
  • Ability to create high-quality sales presentations and client-ready documents.
  • Strong attention to detail while preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (preferred).
  • IT/Computer background (BE/BTech, BCA, MCA, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in IT sales and client engagement.
