Qualifications

• Graduate or Equivalent

Resposibilities

• Edit and produce short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube) end-to-end.
• Design static and motion graphics for posts, thumbnails, stories, and community updates.
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form cuts optimized per platform.
• Collaborate on content ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Maintain consistent brand style across visuals, typography, color, and tone.
• Manage media files, project assets, and versioning with organized workflows.
• Stay on top of trends, soundtracks, formats, and best practices for each platform.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in at least one: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (video editing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent (image editing, compositing, thumbnails).
• Basic motion graphics skills (text animations/transitions) in Premiere/Resolve; After Effects is a plus.
• Understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and exports for YouTube/Instagram.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow briefs, and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with color grading (DaVinci Resolve nodes/LUTs).
• Audio cleanup and mixing basics (noise reduction, EQ, levels).
• Thumbnail A/B testing experience and CTR optimization.
• Familiarity with CapCut/Final Cut Pro or mobile editing tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and SEO (titles, tags, descriptions).
• Basic photography/videography skills.
