Business Development Intern (Incentive-Based)

We are a dynamic startup seeking ambitious and driven freshers to join our Business Development Team. This is a unique, incentive-based internship designed for individuals who have a strong desire to learn and make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement "out-of-the-box" sales models and strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
• Generate and Nurture Leads: Research and identify potential accounts, and then follow through on sales leads to convert them into clients.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Evaluate customer needs, build strong, long-lasting relationships, and maintain and expand our client database.
• Analyze and Report on Performance: Forecast sales, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and provide data-driven feedback to management using financial and statistical data.
