3 months internship
Timing: 9 AM 9 PM (including short breaks and lunch break)About the RoleThis is not a sales role. This is support + counseling + HR foundation. You will be the first human touchpoint for hundreds of young graduates who spent lakhs in college and are still jobless and clueless. Your mission for the first 2 months: help them with clarity, honesty, and guidance.

What You Will Do (First 2 Months Candidate Support Mission)
Handle all inbound communication:Emails, WhatsApp, SMS, LinkedIn, Facebook messagesTelephonic calls (English, Hindi, Telugu)Ensure zero pending support: any query received before 8 PM must be resolved the same day before closing.Outbound Care Calls: Reach out to students or their parents:I am [Your Name], from BusinessLabs. You called/emailed/WhatsApped us and I tried my best to answer your questions. Do you have any other questions, or did I miss anything? I just wanted to make sure I was able to answer your questions satisfactorily, and if not, Ill work to get you the right answers.Counsel applicants with patience and humility guiding them through program details, scholarships, and application processes.If they are a job applicant, answer all their questions accordingly.Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets and support daily reporting.What You Will Do (Post 2 Months HR & Admin Training)

Assist with HR/Admin tasks:
Document handlingAttendance trackingPayroll data preparationLearn the complete HR/Admin SOPs step by step.Get exposure to recruitment processes and candidate management.Who You AreLanguages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken); excellent written English.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook.Personality: Street-smart, humble, empathetic, and people-focused.Attitude: Relentless about problem-solving, genuinely want to help.Performance Review: At the end of 2 months.20% time: document handling.20% time: attendance + payroll.60% time: recruitment.
