Job Description

Job Role- International/Domestic Business Development Executive

Job Location- Whitefield,Bangalore

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze Global/Domestic market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with overseas clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies.
Provide reports on business growth and market insights
Coordinate with the Logistics department for shipment execution
Sales of B2B agro commodities like chilli,sesame,Quinoa,Millets,Chia,Dry fruits etc.
Follow the CRM process
Exhibit optimism, enthusiasm, and confidence in facing rejection

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2-7 years experience in International/Domestic trading/sales of Agro commodities products like Millets / Sesame seeds / Quinoa/ Chia / Fruit Pulp / Red chilly / Animal Feed / Rapeseed meal / Soya meal/sunflower meal/Pumpkin Seeds etc.

Bachelors degree/PGDM/MBA
Situational leadership qualities
Previous experience in operations
Detail-oriented, taskmaster
Planning abilities
Understanding of ERP
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of the Sales process
Understanding of the Food manufacturing industry
Well versed in Data Analysis
Experience in International/Domestic Sales
B2B background selling experience is must
Strong analytical skills for prediction in Agri commodity trends.
