Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for both voice and chat channels.
Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the designated system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
Continuously update product knowledge and service procedures to provide up-to-date and relevant information to customers.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
