In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. You'll be part of a dynamic, customer-centric environment that values strong communication and analytical skills.

What You'll Do:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Address customer questions, concerns, and issues, providing accurate information and effective solutions.

Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions.

Work to meet and exceed key performance metrics.

Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: PUC / Intermediate / 10+3 (Diploma) or Graduation.

Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.

Mindset: Analytical skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively.

Work Requirements:

Comfortable with working night shifts.

Willing to work a 5-day week with 2 rotational days off.

Must have original 10th and 12th board memos.

Age: 18-35 years old.

We cannot consider regular pursuing candidates for this role.

Competitive Salary: Up to ?23,000 CTC, with an in-hand take-home salary of up to ?19,000 after deductions.
