Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the
first point of contact
for hospital end-users for technical and application support.
Deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on professionalism and cultural sensitivity for users
Provide
L1 IT support
for issues on Clinical Applications, Password resets, login/account management, email, VPN, MS Office, printers, hardware/peripherals, network connectivity, etc.
Log, categorize, and track incidents/service requests in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy etc) as per defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SOPs and knowledge base; escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 as required.
Create/update Knowledge articles as and when required by documenting solutions for recurring issues.
Help identify recurring issues or service gaps and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Communicate clearly with end-users, providing updates until issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate
1- 4 years of experience in International voice process- Technical support
Shift timing- 9.30PM to 6.30AM.
