Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month + Commission & Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer needs
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience is a plus point but not required—training will be provided
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
