Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers.
Assist with queries, complaints, and service requests politely and professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Record call details and update customer information in the system.
Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth support.
Be flexible to work in U.S. time zones (night shift).

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
Prior experience in a voice process (U.S. process preferred).
Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills.
