Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers.
  • Assist with queries, complaints, and service requests politely and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Record call details and update customer information in the system.
  • Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth support.
  • Be flexible to work in U.S. time zones (night shift).

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a voice process (U.S. process preferred).
  • Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills.
