Role:

Process

Role & responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls with international customers
Resolving queries and issues, providing information about products and services
Maintaining accurate records in a CRM system, meeting performance targets, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
The flexibility to work in a high-pressure environment with rotational shifts.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
Both Graduates and Undergraduates
Excellent communication both verbal and written (B2 or C1 level)
Willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7)
Experience:
Both Freshers and Experience can apply
Immediate Joiners
Salary: Freshers,
2.5 to 3lpa
