Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (Experienced) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-6 years in voice process (international preferred) Join Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (as applicable) Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals with prior experience in voice-based BPO processes to join our International Voice Support team. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via voice calls for international clients. Provide accurate and timely information and solutions to customer issues. Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Document all interactions in the CRM system. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when required. Work in alignment with company policies and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts (including night shifts). Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. Flexibility to join immediately. Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in handling US/UK/Australian customers. Willingness to work from office. Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
