Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process Executive located in Ghaziabad. The International Voice Process Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate information, maintain customer records, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes, collaborating with team members, and meeting individual and team goals.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer service experience and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
• Flexibility to work in different time zones and shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a BPO or international voice process is beneficial
