Job Summary:

International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers (US/UK).
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries and concerns.
Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous interaction with customers.
Document customer interactions and follow internal guidelines.
Resolve issues by coordinating with other teams when required.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Follow all compliance and process requirements during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
6 months experience
in any field (BPO experienced candidates preferred).
Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English.
Ability to work
night shifts
comfortably.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM tools added advantage).
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in difficult situations.
Willingness to work from office in
Chennai
.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in international voice process (advantage, not mandatory).
Customer service or sales exposure.
