Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to international customers.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in real time.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Document call details and update systems accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    in an

    international voice process

  • Excellent

    verbal communication skills in English

    .
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in

    rotational shifts

    , predominantly

    night shifts

    .
  • Immediate joiners preferred

    (notice period up to

    15 days

  • Comfortable working in a

    work-from-office

    environment.
