Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Manage content calendars and coordinate both organic and paid social media posts
Collaborate with clients, designers, and creative teams to deliver impactful content
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Track digital marketing and industry trends and apply insights to campaigns
Support basic SEO activities, including audits and on-page optimization
Take a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities and improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
Familiar with social media management tools such as Buffer, Later, or Zoho Social
Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, audience targeting, and platform best practices
Good communication and client-handling skills
Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategy
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support junior members
Experience working with digital marketing agencies is a plus
Creative mindset with an eye for content direction
Quick learner, self-driven, and digitally curious
