We are looking for skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team for an International Voice Process role in Gurgaon.
Job Title: International Voice Process Gurgaon Location
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (on paper International Voice/Chat Process)
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC/month
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Job Type: Full Time
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational
Handle customer queries and provide solutions through voice channels
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards
Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures
Achieve performance goals in line with company targets
Maintain documentation of customer interactions
Graduate with minimum 1 year of documented experience in international voice/chat support
Strong command of English (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Should be comfortable with voice-based support
