International Voice Process- Chennai, Kovilambakkam- Call 7200550458, 9361349589, 7092982513

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
Provide accurate information related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and billing.
Resolve customer issues effectively within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex queries to higher support levels when required.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
Document call details and update CRM tools accurately.
Adhere to process compliance, policies, and guidelines.

Skills Required:

Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English (neutral/US accent preferred).
Ability to handle
international customers
with patience and empathy.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce/retail processes is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (including night shifts)
.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience).
