Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Candidates have to join within a week
  • Flexible to work in US shifts.
