Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls for UK Telecom services.
Assist customers with queries, requests, and service-related issues.
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
Upsell products and services to existing customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

UG Fresher / Graduate / 06 months of BPO experience (any profile).
Good English communication skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
Willingness to work in UK shifts.
