Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: FIRSTSOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD.

3rd floor, Block - Dragon Fly (Last Block).

Brigade Tech Gardens.

Kundalahalli, Brookefields Green Avenue, Kundalahalli, ITPL Main Rd, Phase 2, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037.

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with excellent communication skills to handle international customers via voice, email, and chat support. This role demands clarity in speech, professional written communication, customer empathy, and timely resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries via voice calls, emails, and chat.

  • Deliver prompt and accurate solutions for customer concerns related to services, products, orders, or accounts.

  • Maintain professional communication standards both verbal and written.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage cases effectively within defined timelines.

  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.

  • Work in alignment with team KPIs like FCR, CSAT, AHT, etc.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.

  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.

  • Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM with high accuracy (for chat/email support).

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with email etiquette and structured responses.

  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates with B.Tech, B.E, BSc, or Postgraduate degrees as freshers are not eligible.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (international voice/email/chat). with these domains.

Graduates in BA, BBA, B.Com, BBM, or equivalent with valid experience will be considered.
