The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: ● Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients/customers professionally ● Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records appropriately. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery. ● Adhere to communication protocols, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.
