Job Title: International Healthcare Voice Process Executive Location: Sector 30, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 6 Months in International Healthcare Voice Process Shift: Night Shifts Education: Undergraduate / Graduate Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: UnitedHealth Group is hiring experienced professionals for its International Healthcare Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, prior experience in healthcare voice processes, and the ability to work in night shifts. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare processes. Assist customers with claims, billing, eligibility, and related queries. Maintain data accuracy and follow call quality standards. Adhere to process workflows and compliance regulations. Provide timely resolutions and escalate issues when necessary. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international healthcare voice process is mandatory. Excellent spoken English communication skills. Willingness to work in night shifts. Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream). Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Must be currently located in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Sector 30)/ Noida.
