We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the International Travel & Healthcare Process, with a strong background in Human Before Resource and experience in the BPM/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate international travel arrangements for clients and employees.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve their queries efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in Human Before Resource or the BPM/BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of international travel processes and healthcare operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CTC 50K is an added advantage.
