Job Type - Full-Time (5 working days, 2 week offs) Shift Timings - Rotational Night Shift (2 Way Transportation is provided)

*Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice - Customer Support Executives.*

Eligibility Criteria: •1 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities : •Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Providing information about products and services. •Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
