Location : Rohini West , New Delhi (on Site)

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Working Days : 6 days a week

Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM & 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Rotational)

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls (leads are provided).

Converting the leads via Outbound calls 

Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.

Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)

Close sales and achieve monthly quotas

About the Role


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 

    inbound inquiries

     and conduct 

    outbound follow-up calls

     with prospective students (leads provided).
  • Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs through effective counseling.
  • Conduct 

    virtual demos and counseling sessions

     to showcase program benefits.
  • Drive admissions conversions by building trust and delivering personalized solutions.
  • Maintain and update 

    CRM records

     for accurate lead management.
  • Consistently achieve 

    monthly admission and sales targets

    .
  • Share 

    weekly performance reports

     (targets, achievements, challenges) with management.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with students to encourage 

    referrals and repeat enrollments

    .
  • Stay updated on new program offerings and industry trends through regular training sessions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years

     of proven experience in admission counseling or outbound sales (

    Banking / Education sector

    ).
  • Excellent 

    communication skills

     (verbal & written) with the ability to explain programs clearly.
  • Strong 

    interpersonal, listening, and client-handling skills

    .
  • Confident, empathetic, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with 

    CRM tools and lead management systems

    .
  • Ability to handle 

    international student admissions

     (US & UK markets experience is a plus).
