As a Business Development Executive at Elchemys, your role will be crucial in driving the company's growth in the US market, specifically focusing on the Food Ingredients Industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating new business opportunities through various channels such as cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, and social media outreach. - Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential for conversion into sales opportunities. - Assessing client needs and identifying opportunities for chemical solutions. - Maintaining an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring regular follow-up and consistent communication with prospects. - Collaborating closely with the sales team, product managers, and marketing department to align lead generation efforts with company objectives and campaigns. - Ensuring customer satisfaction by being process-oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills.
