International Sales Representative - USA

As a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, your role involves promoting logistics services to potential clients to maximize revenue. Your responsibilities include generating fresh leads through self-sourcing, references, networking, and CRM tools. You will actively search for and cultivate logistics opportunities across India and other target regions. In terms of Client Engagement & Relationship Management, you will meet with potential clients to deliver compelling pitches on service offerings. It is important to handle customer objections effectively and establish long-term trust. Maintaining strong relationships with portfolio clients is crucial to ensure repeat business and referrals. Operational Coordination is another key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth transaction execution. Your ability to resolve issues in ongoing operations and ensure customer satisfaction will be essential. Strategic Sales Execution will be a core part of your responsibilities. You are expected to drive business growth by focusing on customer needs and market trends. Working across departments and managing multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Additionally, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support both internal and external customers. You will utilize CRM systems and internal databases for managing leads, pipeline, and reporting. Developing customized sales strategies and marketing materials based on client needs will be part of your Sales Tools & Reporting responsibilities. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with night shifts and US shifts available. The preferred experience for this role is 2 years in USA Sales.
