Role Overview: You will be responsible for client acquisition and grievance handling. Your role will involve explaining trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. Generating prospects on a daily basis through telephonic, visual, and text conversations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Conducting risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients. Coordinating with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients. It will also be your responsibility to explore the global market, stay updated on current affairs, and serve investors and traders. Achieving monthly tasks through client acquisition and generating leads is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and handle client grievances effectively. - Explain trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. - Generate prospects daily through telephonic, visual, and text conversations. - Conduct risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients. - Coordinate with the digital marketing and research team to provide optimal service to clients. - Stay updated on global market trends and current affairs to better serve investors and traders. - Achieve monthly targets through client acquisition and lead generation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum graduate or post-graduate qualification. - Must be talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative. - Knowledge of the global market, specifically Forex and Comex. - Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in sales and marketing. - Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player with exceptional relationship management skills. - Experience in international sales, marketing, global market, and financial services will be preferred.
