Job Summary:
We’re looking for a fluent English-speaking Sales Representative to assist customers via phone or follow up on website leads. You’ll gather requirements, recommend, and sell parts based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and follow up on website leads.
• Identify customer needs and recommend parts.
• Sell parts, upsell, and cross-sell when possible.
• Maintain customer records and provide excellent service.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
