As a Business Development professional at Abdos Labtech, your primary responsibility will be to expand the company's presence in Central America, the Caribbean, and Latin America by attracting new customers, including distributors and end clients, from India. It will be crucial to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring that distributors maintain adequate stock levels to serve their clients effectively. You will engage with end customers across different sectors to enhance brand visibility, address customer concerns, and relay feedback to the headquarters in India. Additionally, you will be expected to provide regular market and competitor updates to the HQ, offer sales forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborating with the product management team, you will oversee the successful launch of new products. Your strategic guidance will be pivotal in aligning the operational efforts of the Abdos Labtech team with the business objectives for the year. Moreover, you will play a key role in guiding distributors towards achieving the vision for Abdos products. Analyzing sales trends, product movements, distribution reach, and market coverage will be essential to assess the performance of Abdos Labtech in the designated region. Your involvement in marketing activities such as road shows, expos, and digital marketing initiatives will be crucial for brand promotion. Conducting sales promotions and gathering systematic feedback from customers in MIS format to enhance service quality will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of sales experience in the laboratory consumables market or Life Sciences industry in Central and Latin America. Fluency in English and Spanish is a prerequisite, while knowledge of Portuguese is advantageous. Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing of Life Science products, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the region, is essential. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with market dynamics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are also required.
