Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our international calling team. The ideal candidate will have 2-10years of experience in sales or customer service, with a passion for engaging with customers and driving sales. This role involves making outbound calls to international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Engage with international customers over calls to promote and sell products/services. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or other international languages. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs. Basic understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
