Job Description

Job Title: International Sales (1–3 Years Experience)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with inbound leads via calls, emails, and chat; understand parent needs and guide purchase decisions.
  • Recommend advanced programs, bundles, and tools to maximize customer value through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build strong expertise in our programs, outcomes, and success stories to deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is empathetic, solution-oriented, and positive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to share feedback and improve user journeys.


Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication with neutral/global accent.
  • 1–3 years in international B2C/B2B inside sales, telesales, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Comfortable with night shifts (9 pm–7 am IST).
  • Tech-savvy, consultative, and empathetic.
  • EdTech/digital learning sales experience is a plus.
