  • Establish and maintain

  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and provide

    tailored solutions

    to clients, highlighting cost-efficiency, quality, and project timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver

    technical presentations, proposals, and commercial bids

    aligned with regional standards.
  • Lead

    contract negotiations

    on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules in line with Gulf market practices.
  • Coordinate with

    engineering, logistics, and project execution teams

    to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor

    regional market trends, competitor activities, and construction regulations

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration

    , or related field.
  • 36 years of experience

    in B2B sales, with a strong background in aluminium formwork, scaffolding, or construction materials in the

    Gulf region

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    construction industry dynamics in the Middle East

    , including regulatory requirements and cultural business practices.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of aluminium formwork systems is a

    distinct advantage
