International Sales Executive

Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Visakhapatnam - Lawsons Bay Colony
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Night shift
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls .
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

• Proficiency basic understanding of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
