The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and documenting customer interactions. The role requires maintaining an updated customer database, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. Professional communication and the ability to handle customer feedback constructively are key aspects of the day-to-day tasks. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and telecalling Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., CRM tools) Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Any previous sales or marketing experience is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage Show more Show less
