Manage outbound and inbound calls to international leads (primarily NRIs).
Understand customer requirements and offer personalized insurance solutions.
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer support.
Stay updated with global insurance trends and compliance requirements.
Graduation (Any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
0-4 years of experience in international sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or BPO.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
High energy, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
