Job Title: International Sales Executive Voice Process

About the Role:

International Sales Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers via
inbound and outbound calls
.
Promote and sell relevant
insurance products
to potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Consistently meet or exceed
daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Deliver excellent
spoken communication
and build rapport with global clients.

Qualifications & Compensation:

Freshers:
2.55 LPA 4.2 LPA
Experienced (6+ months):
20-25% hike on last CTC or up to 4.00 LPA
Education:
HSC / Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)

Required Skills:

Fluent spoken English
is
mandatory
must be able to handle international calls.
Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve performance metrics.

Pay Range & Compensation:

Salary for Freshers:
2.55 – 3.00 LPA
Experienced Candidates:
Up to 4.2 LPA
