International Sales Executive

As a Holiday Package Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of travel packages by understanding customer needs, promoting various travel options, and achieving sales targets. You will be tasked with generating leads, providing accurate information about destinations, and closing sales through exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with customers to identify their travel preferences, budget, and interests, promoting and selling both domestic and international holiday packages, and identifying potential customers through online inquiries, inbound calls, and outbound calls. You will be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and promotions, and strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. In addition to sales, providing excellent customer care to secure new and repeat business, responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and creating customized holiday itineraries based on customer requirements will be crucial aspects of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business, staying informed on travel trends, new destinations, and promotions, and staying up-to-date on industry developments will also be part of your responsibilities.
