Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing) to prepare proposals and presentations.
Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, or video conferencing.
Meet monthly/quarterly targets set by management.

Work Location : Mumbai

Shift : US rotational shift

Notice period : Immediate

Work mode : Work from office

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in Tech Sales or related field.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
Strong understanding of IT products/services such as software solutions, hardware components, etc.
