International Sales

Position: International Phone Sales – Australia Market (Individual Contributor)

Location: Faridabad (Adjacent to NHPC Metro Station)
Shift Timings: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Australia Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Compensation: Up to ₹9 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives + Conveyance Reimbursement

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in the Australia market
• Use a proven sales script while building genuine relationships
• Understand customer needs, handle objections, and close deals confidently
• Promote upselling and cross-selling where applicable
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Be part of a positive and engaging team environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in international outbound phone sales (Australia, UK, or US markets)
• Fluent English communication with a neutral accent
• Familiarity with sales dialers and CRM tools is a plus
• Strong persuasive skills and a knack for building rapport
• A goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed
• Interest in wine products is a bonus!
• Must be based within a 25 km radius of our Faridabad office
