Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Counsellor, located in Mumbai. The International Sales Counsellor will be responsible for engaging prospective students across global geographies, understanding their educational aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable programs. The role includes managing student inquiries, conducting consultations, providing program information, and converting leads into enrollments. The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with students and contributing to sales targets.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or consultation-related roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a global audience
  • Ability to understand and address client needs while providing tailored program recommendations
  • Skills in negotiation, influencing, and building client relationships
  • Organizational and time management abilities to meet sales targets
  • A proactive and results-driven approach in achieving goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; work experience in EdTech or international sales is a plus
