Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India, for an International Sales Associate. The International Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales by connecting with potential students and clients to promote Admistay's services. Key tasks include identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with B2B partners, delivering personalized consultations to prospective students, and ensuring clients receive end-to-end support during their journey with Admistay. Additionally, the role entails meeting sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing timely follow-ups.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in sales and business development strategies
  • Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with B2B clients
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in international education, student counseling, or related fields is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
